TERMS OF PURCHASE AND REFUND POLICY

TheZenBlock.com by Vibrant Momentum FZCO and Membership Chat at 13144445 Canada Inc. and all subsidiaries under the umbrella (hereinafter referred to as “Company”, the “Companies”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) stand behind our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. All purchases made from us (including all related website properties, sales over the phone, live event, virtual event or on-site purchases) are covered by the following policies.

Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to our website and any purchases made on our website.

No Guarantee of Results. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes as a result of using our products or services, nor do we offer legal advice. Entrepreneurship and investing & trading in any assets, including cryptocurrency projects, are ventures that inherently involve risk and require hard work. It is crucial to consult with professional advisors in your decision-making process. Testimonials or examples of our success, or that of our students, should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of your expected results. We always recommend practicing in a demo account with pretend money (not real money in a simulated environment to learn the skill). Any testimonials showing our success or our students’ success are not to be interpreted as common, typical or expected.

COACHING SERVICES REFUND POLICY

Please be aware that utilization & participation in the classes or monthly memberships are non-refundable after a 10 day cooling off period, regardless of the outcome. Additionally, we reserve the right to discontinue membership and cancel services for anyone who does not adhere to our community standards. Furthermore, applicants who engage in abusive behaviour towards any of our staff will not be permitted to participate in our programs or services. Please note that in such cases, fees paid are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a respectful and safe environment for everyone. Our policies are designed to maintain the integrity and quality of our services, ensuring all participants have the potential to achieve success within the legal and ethical frameworks of their respective fields.

Please be aware that we do not issue refunds for coaching services once they have been rendered. We appreciate your understanding and commitment as we strive to provide you with the highest quality of service.

Upon engaging with our services, clients will receive the full extent of support and guidance for the duration specified in the service agreement you entered into. If you encounter any issues or have concerns about the coaching services provided, please contact our Customer Support Department immediately so we can address and resolve the issue.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow for up to 10 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Cooling-off period

Our online courses come with a ten-day refund grace period from the date of purchase. We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to provide you with the flexibility you need. Should you decide within this period that you had a change of heart, you are eligible to receive a full refund. To initiate a refund, please contact our support team within three days of your purchase from your email. We aim to make the process as straightforward as possible, ensuring that you can make your educational decisions with confidence.

Subscriptions

If you have enrolled in a subscription-based service (monthly renewals), you may cancel your subscription by contacting our Customer Support Department. After a 10 day cooling off period, there are no refunds for monthly memberships, regardless of the extent to which the service was utilized during the subscription period.

Your 1 on 1 meeting with a coach

All sales of coaching services are considered final. We do not offer refunds once our coaching services have commenced, as we cannot retract the time and expertise already allocated to you.

Classes

By purchasing our classes or monthly membership, you agree to our Terms of Use and Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy. We kindly ask that you commit to resolving any concerns directly with us, as all sales are final once services are rendered. We value your understanding and look forward to serving you.

Sharing, Reproducing or Reselling is not permitted

Purchase of a Company services does not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way. Any such violations, clients who have broken these terms will not be accepted to continue with our programs or services. In such instances, the fee remains non-refundable.

Digital Products

There is no refund at all on any digital products after the 10 day cooling off period. You will receive access to your training platform for the amount of time that was stated on the product description you purchased. If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased please contact our Customer Support Department immediately so we can resolve the issue. If you have subscribed to the individual program (month-to-month, quarterly, or yearly), you can cancel your subscription by contacting our Customer Support Department. Please be advised that the cancellation of the subscription is effective in the rebill period in which you have canceled. There are no refunds regardless of the usage of the product.


Please note that agreements for downloadable or digital products are final and not eligible for refunds or store credit. We do not accept any verbal modifications of these Agreements. You may cancel future rebills at any time; however, past charges are non-refundable.

Earnings and income representations made by TheZenBlock.com (collectively, "The Zen Block Programs") are aspirational statements only of your earnings potential. The success of testimonials, and other examples used are exceptional, non-typical results and are not intended to be and are not a guarantee that you or others will achieve the same results. Individual results will always vary and yours will depend entirely on your individual capacity, work ethic, business skills and experience, level of motivation, diligence in applying theZenBlock or "the Zen Block Programs", the economy, the normal and unforeseen risks of doing business, investing, trading and other factors.

The Zen Block Programs, and coaches/instructors individually, are not responsible for your actions. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and the evaluation and use of our products and services should be based on your own due diligence. You agree that the Zen Block Programs are not liable to you in any way for your results in using our products and services.
